Amy Henning is a Licensed Professional Counselor. She received her undergraduate degree from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh and her graduate degree from the University of Tennessee. She specializes in child and family therapy working with children ages 3-17 and adults of all ages. She also works with couples dealing with marital or relationship issues.
Amy has been working with children/adolescents and families for over 15 yrs. She has experience in a wide variety of settings, including a domestic abuse shelter, drug, and alcohol rehab center, various churches, birth to 3 programs, headstart programs, in-home, and outpatient counseling settings.
Amy is skilled at working with most childhood disorders as well as many adult issues including depression, anxiety, divorce, abuse, marital issues, anger management, and stress reduction.
Amy brings patience, understanding, and honesty to her counseling sessions. She is passionate about helping others in a non-judgemental setting and making others feel comfortable while working through their troubles.
