I believe that each person is doing the best they can with what they know. My goal is to build and expand what you know along with identifying what may be holding you back from your true potential. I aim to create a safe, healing environment that is warm, collaborative, respectful and client centered.
My therapeutic approach is eclectic; pulling from CBT, Strengths-Based, Person-Centered, Family Systems, and Trauma-Informed Care. I am a trained Brainspotting therapist. Brainspotting can be used for anyone who is feeling stuck, struggle with unresolved trauma, want to rid themselves of unhealthy thought patterns, and much more.
